50 to 200 space Parks are usually the Most Profitable. We will look at parks down to 15 spaces but understand these can be Difficult and Risky.
Here's a secret some may already know, at the end of the day the price is a secondary concern, it's the terms of the deal that make you money.
This is where it all comes together or falls apart. We will always look for creative financing terms. Owner Carry and Hybrid deals are our preference.
We will buy in any area of the country. We have traveled as fulltime RV'ers for 7 years and have found that across our beautiful country there are so many places to see and visit.
